Architecture
Architecture is a service that includes everything that needs to be drawn – site plans, drawings of existing structures, redrawing of old plans, building permit documents, construction documents, renovation drawings, interior design drawings, and furniture drawings. The service usually includes on-site measurements, but in some cases, drawings can also be based on your own sketches.
For renovating or interior work, you may be eligible for ROT or RUT deductions under Swedish Tax Agency rules.
2025 - Building permit for renovation of a villa, Sollentuna
The client asked us to redraw and refine their own handmade sketches and submit them as a building permit application to the municipality. Most of the changes concerned the façade, and the client needed assurance that all the proposed modifications would be approved.
2024 – The hallway renovation, Hägersten
The hallway renovation was a complex project where the client only had a rough idea of how it should look. We carried out measurements, then produced an initial sketch, and based on the quotation we developed detailed drawings that included material choices, wall details, electrical installations, and tiling plans. Since part of the project involved lighting design, we also created lighting visualizations, including color temperature. As we also carried out the renovation, the drawings became part of the overall project, which allowed the client to benefit from ROT deductions even for the design work.
